As a beginner, I felt very comfortable and well-guided, but it was definitely spicy in the best way possible! Mr. Lucky took the time to correct my form, explain each movement clearly, and adjust exercises to my level while still giving me a great challenge. The studio itself was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were also friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. A nice bonus is the little Saturday market downstairs that sells healthy snacks and wellness goods, which adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend for both beginners and regular Pilates enthusiasts looking for quality instruction and a personalized experience!
