Se alle anmeldelseneBooked here to train over my trip. Balanced training between bag work, pads & partner drills. Class was run by 2 coaches so attention is not spread thin. I was slightly lost in the language but didn’t feel compromised.

Se alle anmeldelseneClass was so fun and great! I just wanted to share a quick safety observation: I noticed most members weren't wearing hand wraps under their gloves. As someone who also trains in combat sports, I’ve learned that hand wraps are essential to prevent hand and wrist injuries. Even in a beginner-level class hitting a soft bag, wrapping up is super important. That aside, overall it was an awesome workout!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis place is honestly so nice—super comfy, clean, and aesthetic! The trainers and staff are really friendly and welcoming. It was my first time doing kickboxing, and they actually taught me properly from scratch. They even have a nice changing room where you can shower, and they provide everything, including body wash. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks a lot for the great service, had such a blast.
