Coach Indira explained the sections of the class and the cues were all crystal clear. I unlocked my first bakasana here and held it for 5 secs!!! 😭🫶🏻 I guess because a lot of drills at first so my body had warmed up and my muscles were ready for inversions/arm balance. His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!

The place is comfortable with a semi-outdoor concept. The only downsides are that the Blu Sanctuary sign isn't visible from the outside, the mats provided are super slippery 😭, and there was no water refill station when I attended the class 🫠
