I loved the way she explained everything and honestly just has a very therapeutic presence to her. Extremely upbeat, positive, and motivational. I did look like I dipped right out of the ocean after class but loved it 😂

She explained what to expect, helped with adjustments, and never made me feel awkward if I didn’t know how to do something. The class felt so peaceful and calming, and the temperature was perfect. Definitely a great first experience and I’ll be back.
