The studio is very nice! Be warned. The doors are locked until 10 minutes before class and also lock 5 minutes after.

If you’re looking for a very intense, shaking, hard class GO HERE! I get such a good burn! All of their instructors are pretty consistent with high intensity. 🤪 Plus, the place is super cute!!

It was my first class at this location and I was maybe 15 or 20 minutes early. I tried the door but it was locked (no big deal at all), but then a woman behind the counter who was on the phone unlocked the door. As I thanked her quietly, she put her finger up and looked away like I was common trash. When she got off the phone, she said nothing. A minute later, another guest came in. She and I were talking since she was from Winter Park, and I was telling her about the class and asked if she had her loops. The person behind the desk (Southern accent - who had no trouble blowing me off before) butts in and continuously tried to forcefully correct me by saying the exact same things I was. I told the other lady that the Jacksonville area studios require our own loops, and was talked over again and again

The owner takes a physical therapy approach to Pilates and doesn’t push too hard. It’s a relatively new studio but I honestly believe it’s a hidden gem especially for how much attention you get as a student. I truly think once more people find out about this place, it’ll get harder to get a booking
