Black vents with caked up dust and fuzz on them. Kind of crazy it gets completely skipped over when you guys “clean” ?!

I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

I'm definitely going to be back, I felt so relaxed after the massage!! One note is that the room is not completely enclosed so you can hear outside noises. However I was still able to fully relax and enjoy the massage.

I will tell you that I really wanna come back. I just need to make sure that I have my headphones with me. Next time. I did have music on that was with the actual sauna like spa music but the class next-door was just so loud but I will be coming back honestly it’s super cute super clean and the girl in front was really nice
