For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. This class is the best way to wind down from a crazy week and provide your body with the reset. We all desperately need. THANK YOU DENNIS 🙏🏻

I love her class it was challenging and she ends with a cool down / breathing meditation. They have a cold water dispenser and cubbies for your personal items .All you need is a mat towel. They have stack mats.

Se alle anmeldelseneSo much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!
