Se alle anmeldelseneAs a beginner, I found this class easy to follow because the instructor gave very clear instructions and demonstrated every pose. It was a little more challenging than the gentle yoga classes I’ve taken before, but in a good way. I also liked that she included stretches throughout the class, which felt great for my back. The hold time for each pose was just right, not too short and not too long. I especially appreciated her positive energy and teaching style it made me feel comfortable throughout the class.

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

Se alle anmeldelseneUnlike any yoga practice I have ever been too. This class focused on internal first. Relaxing the mind and the spirit first, focus on the body secondary. Instructor is incredibly thoughtful, seems wise and very kind.

I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.
