Se alle anmeldelseneI had a great experience with Miranda. She was a professional, friendly, and encouraging teacher. This intermediate class was challenging and pushed me to my edge (aka shaking), but also made me feel empowered and confident. Miranda gave clear instructions, helpful feedback/adjustments, and positive reinforcement. She also made sure to adjust the exercises to suit different levels and needs (it appeared folks in this class were ages ~20-75), as a teacher myself, I believe this is a great skill. I would recommend Miranda to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, and alignment. Thank you for the wonderful class!
