I loved the mix of spiritual/relaxing/holistic breathing/chanting towards the end of the class, and flexibility focussed/more challenging poses. The teacher was very good at showing different ways to do poses to adjust to people’s levels and experience. Would happily go back again, a really lovely atmosphere, and in a very central to public transport location too which is always a bonus :) Thanks so much!
