For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back

I happened to go on a day where everyone else was sick so I basically got a personal training experience haha but anyway I really loved my experience at this cozy little studio! I’m a woman and a beginner at martial arts and Master Ellinson was very humble, kind, and patient with me. As a woman sometimes you get weird vibes from guy instructors but I felt safe here. Master Ellinson gently instructed me in adjusting my form from potentially harmful habits I had picked up that had gone unnoticed by other bigger studios. The pace of class is also very manageable for newcomers and anyone who might be intimidated by martial arts as a whole. There’s nothing too crazy so even if you’re out of shape you’ll be okay lol I would say this class was more of an art form or hobby than an “intense workout.” But you can tell this mom and pop small business studio runs on pure passion rather than just trying to scalp you for your money. I enjoyed learning the techniques he showed me and I had a genuinely good time! Anyway I think everyone should come support this place as it’s very affordable and kid-friendly as well! He also told me he lost his ClassPass account access so the best way to contact for questions would be through the studio directly it seems
