He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

Her class was a breath of fresh air—gentle, nurturing, and exactly what my body craved. You can truly feel the difference when a teacher has proper training, and Christine’s expertise shines through in every pose. I felt so connected and at peace during her class. She has a beautiful way of guiding and supporting each student, and I can’t recommend her enough!

There wasn’t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes I’ve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think it’s nice to try both.

It might be a little weird at first because it is a small group where everyone seems to already know eachother and banter a lot (some do some don’t). Also, you’re breathing loudly in a group setting so it may feel distracting and hard to focus at first, but that’s the point is to practice being present despite the distractions!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class is my weekly retreat and release! Nothing better than Tianna’s sweat then sweet flow (except maybe her hugs! She gives the best hugs!) but seriously: if you want to challenge yourself internally but come out of class feeling just a little more healed, a little more like the authentic you, then you’ll love it. It’s not a traditional vinyasa the whole time, read the description. But to me it’s better. And the space feels so inclusive and safe and inspiring!

Lots of focus on breath and intentional muscle use. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I was able to do some strengthening. Highly recommend if you are hyper mobile or conversely have a stiff back. I will be returning.
