    GENTLE VINYASA FLOW with BODYTALK TAPPING

    Amazing class! Just the right amount of challenge personally. Definitely challenged my balance 😅 Teacher Denise was so understanding and soothing. Loved the meditation before the practice and the peppermint oil application during shavasana. The bodytalk tapping is also an interesting and new practice for me. Will book again!
