Joyce is a very excellent yoga instructor. You will learn the basic and how the way you can do the pose. She will inspire and motivate you to do your homework by practicing at home. The people who attended the class are 90% advance. if you’re not familiar with some of the advance poses, please think twice before booking! Although the teacher gave options, I feel like an awkward ball unable to do some of the poses. Otherwise I think the class generally love the teacher. It’s just not for me unfortunately :(

He genuinely cares for the practice and this translated to his teaching. Highly recommend to come to his classes if you are a beginner!
