My muscles are visibly tighter and I could feel the difference. The science makes sense once she explains it, and she explains it well. I came in wanting to feel my best before a beach trip at a not-so-ideal time of the month. She delivered. Beyond the results, we just clicked. She’s knowledgeable, passionate, and real.
