Good place for beginners and those looking for a studio that isn’t intimidating. They focus on numbers and less on choreography/speed but generally strike a good balance of both. The numbers shown in class are a good motivator to push harder!

Other instructors attempt for you to do push ups or plank while the baby is in the carrier- these moves are fine solo but not while baby is in carrier.

Se alle anmeldelseneTalia made my 1st pole dancing session VERY welcoming. It was evident how she likes to build communities of women who are confident, empowering and who look out for one another. Although there was an overflow of 2 extra students, she split us in groups of 2 which helped the environment feel collaborative and supportive when working in the pole. The cherry on top was the way she lightly dimmed the studio. It felt very immerse. In short, time flew (in a good way) and I didn’t want to go back to reality. Thank you Talia!

The moves we learned were pretty easy to do, and I felt like she showed us the proper technique by giving each of us hands-on pointers. I loved how encouraging and positive she was to everyone. Plus, the atmosphere and music were both great. Once class was over, I couldn't wait to come back!
