Great studio! I have taken so many hundreds of yoga classes and this was one of the best ever! Carolyn led a dynamic, fun and challenging class. I loved her focus on the “body home” and as always it was exactly what I needed that day to the point it felt like the class was just for me. I love how yoga can be like that. Take Carolyn’s class if you can!!

Super kind instructor! Very motivational and calming. Great class but not beginner friendly. Would need to have experience first. I am somewhat new to consistently practicing and really enjoyed myself. Beautiful and well kept studio.
