The class can be challenging but Minh always breaks everything down in an approachable way. Whether it’s a dharma or a new arm balance, I always walk away from this class learning something. She walks around the room and corrects form and is accommodating to people's needs in class, modifying poses to suit what the person can do. As someone who is pregnant, it is hard to find instructors who accommodate for the belly but Lauren does and is very kind when does so.

Everything about the class was great, especially the music and overall energy. Bailey was an amazing instructor she walked around during class, corrected our form, and made sure everyone was getting the most out of the workout. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Se alle anmeldelsenePerfect mix of classical and contemporary in the flow, and the heat was intense! My entire top was soaked through by the end of class, and I was in the cooler area of the room 🥵. Sariah was welcoming and helpful throughout class, and her cueing was just right. I talked with her a bit before and after class, and she was really kind. Studio clean, bathrooms clean, plenty of locker space. There’s a parking lot, but I chose to street park a few blocks away to get in some steps. Overall great studio and class.

Amy was my instructor and she was super incredible and welcoming. I felt sore coming into class due to my earlier classes in the week but I left with a great stretch and a challenging session that tested my balance. I will definitely be back as it was a great start to my day!!

The class was seriously perfect - I was motivated by Haleigh and the class was structured, well-paced. You can choose your own weights and switch them out during class if needed. I really felt the burn in legs the next day especially. Highly recommend!

She helped me out a lot as i was tight. The workout and stretches opened me up - my back, chest and hips. Didnt realize how closed off i was. This is one i would be doing again. Thanks for accommodating me. :)

If I’m not mistaken, it’s one of the only studios in the area to offer mat Pilates, so kudos to SubHerban! It was personally my first time doing hot Pilates, and I was a bit nervous but I left drenched in sweat and feeling GREAT! Krystah is super nice, welcoming, and can put together & teach a great class. I appreciated the cool down moments in the class, and her reminders to breathe (because I personally always forget when the exercises get challenging!). I also appreciated the cool towels at the end of class. The only thing I would change/request is earlier class options throughout the week so I could go more often … but that’s just my personal preference! 😊 I can’t wait for next class! ✨

It would have been nice if maybe the instructor asked us to wake our neighbor before soundbath portion began, or maybe even if she woke the person with a rule of “if you’ve been woken up. Please remain seated for the remaining of the class” to avoid disruptions. Soundbath was okay, stretching was great!
