She was very clear with her instructions and had a helper demonstrating the poses which I found extremely helpful. She offered variation of poses to alleviate any pain of it was too difficult or get a deeper stretch if you weren’t feeling anything! After class I spoke with her about a pose that I was having the most difficulty with and she offered stretches I could do at home to make it easier! It was a very gentle and welcoming environment!
