I would need a bit more training but I would absolutely come back. Music was chill. Low energy class using a lot of muscles. Not an aesthetic studio but they mean business!!

Se alle anmeldelseneI usually have a problem with classes being too loud but this one the music was very quiet. If you prefer quiet music you’ll be happy. The instructor didn’t use hands on corrections that I saw, and instead only verbal corrections. I’m good with hands on correction but if you don’t like that this is a good place to try.

Whitney is absolutely amazing…she’s the kindest, most fun, and energetic instructor. She pushes you to your limit while still being so encouraging and supportive. Somehow she makes you want to keep going even when your muscles are screaming 😂🔥 Every class leaves me feeling accomplished, challenged, and stronger. Classic letter style with a twist. Kennedy was super encouraging. I’m glad to have something like this in my area. I will be back for sure!
