Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was a nice change from usual Sculpt classes I’ve taken at CP - fast-paced and lots of different exercises with quick transitions. Challenging but kept it interesting and engaging! Would love to hear more female artists on the playlist as it felt a bit male-centric.

This class is also great for all levels, ages, and body types. It doesn’t matter if you have never tried hot yoga or if you are experienced in the practice. Overall 10/10!
