She was super encouraging and motivating too especially if she noticed me struggling to push through one of the moves! 10/10 would recommend

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was hard for me mentally and physically, and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve taken this class a bunch of times, and this was my first time with Maria. I would say she teaches in a very unique and different way. Some teachers talk too much, while she barely talks at all. The quiet took some getting used to for me, and probably in a good way - I was more mentally challenged by all the space..it’s A LOT of time in your own head and holding poses for a long period. For better or for worse haha. I’m excited to join her class again, and now I’ll know what to expect :) her playlist was amazing!!
