Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time so def requires getting used to the movements and equipment. Wish the music was a tad bit lower as it was hard to hear the teacher at times. Loved how the teacher welcomed me before the class and checked in with me after the class. The studio is gorgeous and teacher recommended the weights class which I plan to look into! Thrilled they have 6am classes so excited to come back

Se alle anmeldelseneOne the best and most fun workouts I’ve had in a while. Alfredo was so welcoming and encouraging, such a playful yet focused and high energy instructor. Loved chatting for a few after class, he really made me feel like I belonged there despite never dancing Latin style a day in my life! 10/10 experience 🫶🏻

The instructor was one of those who expected the class to excitedly answer her with how we’re doing today and seemed irritated when we all mumbled “good.” Happens in literally every class I’ve ever taken…who cares. Just let us do yoga and be antisocial. There’s no need to force us to answer loudly.
