And all of the instructors and therapists I’ve had are excellent. For massage, Shi & Nazra are two of the best bodyworkers I’ve ever been to. Both are warm and very intuitive and every massage I’ve had with either of them has been hugely beneficial.

Class was a great mix of strengthening, stretching poses and the reminders to also take things at the pace you needed, which I always appreciate so much. The music was amazing and perfectly paired to help sustain me through the more challenging poses. 10/10 will take again.
