Se alle anmeldelseneMarvin took such great care of me from the second I stepped in to the second I left. Pre-massage he asked if I had any injuries or any areas I wanted to focus on. Asked if I was okay with him touching certain areas of the body, hands, feet, scalp. I asked if he could give extra attention to my hips and glutes and he explained the areas he would be touching and how the sheets would lay ensuring I was comfortable. The bed was heated and plush and calming music played. Marvin worked hard to loosen my shoulders and upper back, another area I had asked to focus on. He gave a great scalp massage, used hot towels and warm weighted cushions throughout the hour. He even asked if it was okay if we went over our time limit. Obviously I said yes. Post massage Marvin met me with a cold water and CBD cream for my shoulders. I left feeling relaxed and so well taken care of. Thanks Marvin!

Everything inside was pristine and new and pretty. There was a Korean drama playing with English subtitles. All the clients were balling Korean career women. My chair had the comfiest pillow. The water was scalding hot. My nails look amazing 💅🏼 10/10 experience, will be back.

I deal with scalp issues, between inflammation issues and the dryness out here, it’s hard to beat the flakiness. Kai was absolutely incredible and made me feel super comfortable. He started off with examining my scalp and showing me images of what it looked like (something my dermatologist has never done!), and from there started the scalp treatment. It was so relaxing, nothing burned or irritated my scalp, and I was left feeling so clean and rejuvenated. At the end of the treatment, Kai examines your scalp again and shows you the images. It was insane the difference from start to finish! Of course the dandruff pieces were gone, but my scalp actually looked nourished and my redness and inflammation actually cleared up. I understand this is something I’ll have to keep up with, but wow! Kai also suggested products for me to try, without pushing them on me, and showed me where I can order online. Truly a 10/10 experience and highly recommend for anyone that struggles with scalp issues and doesn’t get much help from their own doctors! I’ll absolutely be back!

Geet (hope I spelled her name right) is amazing and obviously very knowledgeable about skincare/skin types and she just exudes peace. My only suggestion would be to let guests know what to expect next because at one point I was left alone for about 10 minutes (for the steam to do it's thing) but I wasn't told when she would come back or anything. Still, overall the experience was pleasant and the service was excellent. Also had the most thorough full face threading ever!

There was some sort of glitch with ClassPass in my booking, not her fault at all, and regardless of that, she was incredibly accommodating to the mishap of my arriving 30 minutes past when she thought I would and took great care of me! She had a flight to catch later that evening too, but still truly took her time and put great attention to detail into my cut—which I greatly appreciated. I’ve had some traumatizing haircuts in the past so I get nervous whenever I go to a new person, but I really felt like she listened and asked questions to ensure she got it right, and it turned out great!
