If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation. I was challenged (and dripping sweat) the entire way through, but not gassing out/bored at any point. I can’t wait to take this again and make it a regular part of my schedule!! Thanks!

If you’re a beginner you may not be able to follow the cues but the instructor was amazing and demonstrated everything and corrected. She did talk the whole time but I loved it. Kept everything very alert for me!

Sara was amazing. She showed us some really challenging moves that gave us the shakes, but also moved at a great pace, gave us feedback on form and really knew how to read the class. Highly recommend for all levels
