    Really loved this class format! Definitely more of a strength class, but felt great after! The studio was a little hot, especially towards the end of class, but I think thats normal for all Hoboken buildings at this time of year

    Great location in midtown Hoboken. Friendly staff and Hannah ran a wonderful class. She has great energy and a great voice on the mic. I really appreciated the knee pads offered. I left feeling worked. Met one of the owners too, he was gracious and fun to speak with. Looking forward to trying more classes.

    It was a great jump start to my day. Focused on strength training with a touch of cardio at the end. The instructor was welcoming, attentive, and did the workout with the class. The members were friendly and held a conversation throughout, which made the time go by faster. I would definitely go again.
