I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

And there’s enough of range in each class that both beginners can enjoy while experienced dancers will still get a challenge.
