Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

The training itself was really hard (I am not the sportiest), but the trainer was very sweet and caring. Will be back!
