Wish they had lockers/showers so I could take their morning classes before work. They seem to have a lot of really cool events like themed workouts or post-morning workout coffee event, etc.

Se alle anmeldelseneA very unique class with a lot of focus on breath, breaking down the movements and really feeling your body. It was an intentional flow moving through different areas - core/midsection, upper body and lower body, some parts were seated on the stool and some on the mat. It’s good for beginners (as this was my first time) to this style of workout and I’d say good for all ages/work out levels too. I’ll definitely go back again, especially if my body is feeling rigid!
