Yoga Nordic earns the layering. A thoughtful fit-out within a busy commercial complex: industrial-tuned ceiling — exposed HVAC, suspended acoustic clouds — softened by carved Indian doors, climbing greenery, clerestory glass, and a substantial bronze gong. Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist.
