Great vinyasa flow, challenging in the best way, and nicely heated so that I was working up a sweat (but not dying). Ashley gave great space within the practice for working on more challenging postures, too. Can’t recommend enough!!!

I got super lucky with a tiny class (me, myself, and I), and she took the time to help correct my poses, while still giving me the mental space to unwind from the week. She also encourages listening to what your body needs, rather than following the class structure. Thanks Elizabeth!
