Se alle anmeldelseneHaving been to this class for a couple of weeks, there is a noticeable improvement in my posture. Like many people, I work at a desk all day so have developed tight shoulders. Yin yoga is a really gentle way to get into those deeper stretches. This is the only yoga class I take and it’s amazing the impact this has just 1 hour a week. Highly recommend!
