    Infrared Pilates Mat

    Tough! Probably because this is classpass or maybe i missed something? -i saw the class/studio description about pilates and it read something about ‘did you know pilates can re-shape your butt’/etc. so i assumed the class would have at least some bum and legs involved but it was only abs and a few arm things. Great for people who want to work abs intensely-not my case. It’d be nice to know which classes/teachers focus on what for next time!
