I don’t remember any compound movements in today’s sequence so it felt safer to load up on heavier weights. Must have been leg day! The bulgarian split squats burned - in a good way! The pace was great!!! The workout was hard but the time flew. Front desk was so friendly and the vibe in class felt really inclusive.

Se alle anmeldelseneThere is no 9:00 Saturday class anymore. For some reason, the gym has not been able to get ClassPass to remove it. That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars. Not the experience I was expecting, but a good experience none the less.
