Se alle anmeldelseneRating high for Alex!! This was a perfectly challenging class and Alex was great about explaining proper form on all of the exercises. Unfortunately the instructor that was supposed to be there (I think Shalynn) didn’t show up. Luckily, Alex was still nearby and jumped in, but the class was only 45ish minutes long.

Se alle anmeldelseneKatya is genuinely the best yoga instructor I’ve come across. I love her style of teaching, everything is so intentional. She has the best music on every class. I get bored of the typical relaxing yoga music and rain sounds, but some Frank Ocean? Yes please. I leave every class w Katya feeling so energized and I look forward to Mondays every week because of it. The space is absolutely beautiful, everyone is so kind and welcoming. You can even grab a mug and make yourself a cup of tea before class. Go!!
