Be sure to give yourself extra time to use bathroom & sign waiver before class— it didn’t go through for me for some reason (but I did sign up right before class). Water & a towel are a must. Major shoutout to Evan for giving me a few pointers & modifications without being overbearing! Definitely hard to ease into the swing of things after taking a couple months off but the Circuit class was a good way to start!
