I appreciate the amenities they offer to all clients. Sonya really kicked my butt today and I can’t tell if it was one of the hardest heated sculpt classes ever or if it was due to lack of sleep… 🤣 but maybe both? nonetheless, it was super hard, but she pushed us through it! She didnt show me the studio, lockers, or where the class was. I was pretty lost but figured it out.

Se alle anmeldelsenei’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

I personally get bored doing the same movements over and over, but every sequence felt fresh and different, which kept the class really engaging and fun. The workout was challenging in a great way, and I loved how creative the flow felt. The music was also so good and matched the energy perfectly. Time flew by, and I left feeling strong and energized. I’ll definitely be taking her class again!
