Cara’s classes are a mix and focus on a whole body workout which I love. She knows how protective I am of my neck after a precious surfing injury and gives me adaptations. I love her classes so much ❤️

He explained everything really well, made sure we were properly set up, and really pushed us but with positivity (and a cracking sound track). Came out of that class feeling really buzzing.
