Offered a lot of different options for different skill levels and really made me feel welcome. There seem to be regulars that go every week that are super friendly. I love the setting also, the barn in the park feels so serene! I will definitely be back ❣️

Cara’s classes are a mix and focus on a whole body workout which I love. She knows how protective I am of my neck after a precious surfing injury and gives me adaptations.
