Die heutige Class bei Lisanne hat mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen. Sie leitet perfekt an und bringt einen immer (!) bis zu seinem eigenen Limit. Dazu eine top playlist. The VERY BEST

I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Exactly the kind of workout we love, where you leave feeling completely exhausted but SO good afterwards. Such an amazing class and I’ll definitely be coming back! And the studio itself is just such a beautiful place. It feels so warm and welcoming, almost like you’re coming home. They also have so many amazing healthy snacks, delicious bars and drinks, which I absolutely loved. The owner is also incredibly sweet and welcoming. I had such a lovely conversation with her and you can really feel how much heart she puts into the studio. I can genuinely recommend this place and I’m already looking forward to coming back! 🤍

She also fixed my form and I felt very comfortable, although it was intimidating at first. This was my first time trying Lagree and I’m definitely booking Melina’s class again !

Ça travaille les muscles en profondeur comme je n'avais jamais ressenti auparavant. C'est hyper exigeant, mais on ressort avec une vraie sensation d'avoir tout donné. Nour est présente tout au long de la séance, corrige les postures et adapte les exercices au niveau de chacun. Une très belle découverte, je recommande !
