The class was made well-suited to all levels (I personally would however recommend some foundational yoga experience) very balanced, playful, and powerful class. Elisa also incorporated elements from her recent training and new insights, while actively assisting throughout. Altogether, phenomenal!

Drink genoeg tijdens de dag (zodat je niet naar je waterfles hoeft te grijpen tijdens), kleed je niet te warm en respecteer de yoga en teacher 🙏🏻!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe instructor was so kind and talented: she spoke both English and Dutch during the class (I was the only non-Dutch speaker), she corrected every mistake, she made sure we remembered which muscles we should activate in each exercise. This was the best class I had so far in Rotterdam. Mind you I have an herniated disc, and this class was challenging. But the guidance of the instructor made me feel absolutely no pain. I will definitely come back!!

I also had never practiced my vinyasa so intensely. Angèle’s dedication shines through her body as she flows through each part of the class, offering the best advice and encouragement while challenging us with each pose. In just one hour, I achieved so much that I felt both proud and grateful. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this good after a class. Thank you!
