    Power Reformer

    The class was well structured and all sequences flowed nicely into one another. There were moves that I wouldn’t normally see in a class that I really enjoyed and challenged me. I definitely felt the burn from start to finish (in a good way!). Milly has a great energy and kept me motivated for the entire class. She provided clear verbal instructions as well as demonstrations where needed.

    As a first-time Pilates goer, I was really impressed. Sophie took the time at the start to show us how to use the reformers, She provided different levels for each exercise and gave helpful guidance throughout, which made everything easy to follow. Highly Recommend :)

    I really enjoyed this class as it offered multiple modifications and challenges. And the space is absolutely gorgeous! Only downside was the wifi cutting out every now and then, resulting in the video stopping and having to wait for it to resume, but otherwise it’s great!
