Katie has a unique way of blending challenging physical poses with therapeutic and body-friendly elements, making every class both invigorating and deeply nourishing. I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and grateful for the mindful practice. Highly recommend!

    S2S Pilates Reformer

    Lorri’s class was great! This was my second class here and it was a great workout. The only thing I’d mention was that she didn’t seem to fully remember everything so there were some times where we were waiting for instruction, and if anyone was on the wrong side or using the wrong foot she’d just repeat herself til we fixed it rather than coming over and showing us how to do it. Those were super small things though, and overall was a great class and great instructor! 😊

    Very welcoming as a first-timer at this studio. Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!
