Mais au-delà de l’entraînement, ce qui est vraiment impressionnant, c’est l’énergie qu’il arrive à transmettre à toute la salle. Je fais du cycling depuis plus de trois ans et, ces derniers mois, j’avais commencé à perdre un peu cette sensation d’énergie et d’euphorie après les cours. Souvent, la seule façon pour moi de vraiment ressentir quelque chose était de pousser mon corps jusqu’à la limite, uniquement grâce à l’intensité physique. Avec Himsky, c’est complètement différent. Il a cette capacité rare de transformer un cours en véritable expérience. On ne pédale pas seulement : on part dans un voyage musical. Les transitions entre les morceaux sont incroyablement bien construites, l’énergie monte naturellement et toute la salle se laisse porter par le rythme. Il sait motiver, transmettre une énergie incroyable et créer un moment où l’on se sent à la fois challengé, inspiré et porté par l’ambiance collective. On quitte le cours avec une sensation d’énergie, de force et de bonne humeur qui reste longtemps après la séance. Honnêtement, c’est le genre d’instructeur qui redonne envie de revenir au cycling encore et encore. Un véritable rayon de soleil dans une salle sombre.

It was my first time today and I appreciate when Yacine, the instructor, checked who had (previous) injuries or who are recovering from injuries before starting the session. This was my ultimate worry for not joining a class sooner because I was scared I might hurt myself or worsen my knee if the routines are advanced for my level. The studio was also clean and they provide mats and water.

Se alle anmeldelseneI love Lapso Studio and attend classes several times a week. Renee is an amazing instructor, and I specifically choose her classes because I really enjoy her teaching style. However, during the summer months the studio becomes extremely hot and poorly ventilated. The room is quite small, yet classes are often full, with around 20 participants plus the instructor. During today’s cardio barre class, the mirrors were literally fogging up from people’s breath. The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to exercise safely. I felt very dizzy throughout the class and was unable to perform at my usual level. This is not about comfort — it is becoming a health and safety issue, especially during high-intensity workouts in Barcelona’s summer heat. I truly enjoy the studio and would love to see this addressed, as it would make the experience much better for everyone.
