Perfect volume, she gave great instructions, and you can choose your weights so you can go harder or easier if you want . 10/10 recommend this class and instructor😊

Se alle anmeldelseneBefore starting personal training with Amy I felt tired a lot of the time and I was worried that I could develop heath issues if I didn't change my bad eating habits and lack of exercise. I also had never gone to a gym before so l didn't know how to use any of the machines or know what plan to follow. When Amy and I started working together my goal was to learn how to use every machine at the gym and improve my overall health. Since working with Amy I’ve learned so much about what machines I like (and don’t like 😂). Physically, I am less tired and I have more energy now than when I first started. I feel confident using the machines on my own and I feel like I belong at the gym instead of feeling out of place had I gone on my own from the start. My clothes fits me better, and I feel slimmer! I’m down 33 pounds and have gained muscle. When I ask about specific topics Amy always has helpful tips. We always have motivating conversations and she challenges me to finish each set, but she’s also receptive of my energy level and other factors I have going on. If I say I want to change something she lets me. I was a little hesitant about getting a personal trainer, but when I saw Amy’s photo on the website she looked so approachable and getting to meet her I realized how easy going she was, which made working with her an easy decision! I’ve loved everything we’ve done so far and each phase of training with her teaches me something new!
