I felt like I was trying to catch up to where we were supposed to be rather than doing the movements properly. This is partially because I move slowly but also the instructions would come very close together. Overall though, I really enjoyed this workout and I definitely would do it again! The poses were challenging but in a satisfying way, and you can definitely feel yourself get stronger and more flexible throughout the session!
