Yogilates
Se alle anmeldelseneThis has to be the kindest studio I’ve been to in the past 3 years! The customer service from the front desk ladies to the instructor was amazing. This is the first studio that I go to that gets your mat and place it for you with the props ( I was caught by surprise!! But this made me feel more relaxed and not rushed) . I will definitely be back.💕👏👏

Se alle anmeldelseneThe class was amazing. It was exactly what i needed after my recent surgery. Gentle enough to not feel like i was over exerting my body and just the right amount of balancing work that I was able to get my heart rate up and feel like I worked out. The instructor is kind, knowledgeable, and has such a healing spirit. I look forward to taking more classes here.
