    Nice and balanced. Vicky's flow was fun and energetic with many options to explore more, such as inversions or take that extra vinyasa! The verbal cues were also on point. Get on the mat, everyone!!!!🧘‍♂️🙏🏻✨️❤️

    Hot Vinyasa Flow

    Hard class for me but I liked Adriana’s energy. She made me feel welcomed and she embodied what a yogi is all about. I liked her energy. I also picked up two rings. Their gift shop is cute.

    That Heated Mat Class (Mat Studio)

    Really enjoyed the class! More of a classical mat pilates class. It was a small class, 7 mats total, so it felt more personal compared to classes I’ve taken at other studios where there’s like 15 mats. The instructor was very nice! She also corrected our form when needed. The heat was more warm than hot. Hope they can increase it more in the future. Will take more classes!

    Heated Mat Pilates + Yoga : PiYo

    I loved this studio and the instructor! The class focused on slow, controlled movements, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.
