I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The instructor taught a well thought out class that gave me an awesome Byrne. Feeling it today and I love it.

I wish we started with a bit more stretching and mobility work before going into the weights, but you are welcome to stay after to stretch for a bit. Would take again!

However, as much as I was worrying I’d be the person that got 0 on the body scan due to errors and reminded myself to double-check before I leave—trying out other machines got me forgotten, and indeed mine was the one with all the 0 🥲.
